Assistant Architect
Job Description :
1.Assists the chief architect in the development and completion of masterplans, architectural plans and their enrichments;
2.Understands the chief architect’s design concepts and carry out the following phases of the project under the chief architect’s guidance;
3.Completes small-scale masterplans and architectural schemes independently;
4.Assists the chief architect with communicating with the clients.
We expect the candidate to meet the following requirements:
1.Posses a bachelor’s degree (5 years) or higher in architecture ; an international/overseas background in preferred;
2.Familiar with architectural planning and urban planning; Fresh graduates or have a minimum 1 years of experience in architectural planning (masterplan, schematics, and construction); experience of prior collaboration with prestigious firms or design institutes is preferred;
3.Familiar with architectural regulations in China;
4.Strong communication skills, can convey one’s ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively;
5.Responsible; A team player; and diligent;
Strong skills in speaking and written English; can communicate with foreign architects freely.
Architecture Interns
We expect the candidate to meet the following requirements:
1.Either in his/her fourth year of Architecture undergraduate studies or second year of graduate studies; an international background is preferred.
2.Loves designing and architecture;
3.Creative and a fast learner;
4.The internship is at least 3-month long;
5.Fluent in English, both speaking and writing; and communicating smoothly with foreign architects.
